Recycled raw materials

We believe that every product at the end of its life is a raw material for a new product, without compromising on quality. Together with our suppliers and dealers, a future-oriented machine park, rich knowledge and experience, we strive for a high-quality range of rubber and plastic products and concepts consisting entirely of renewable raw materials.

Reuse & recycling

Since 1995, we have used recycled raw materials as much as possible in our production processes. We work with recycling companies that make granulate from household waste. All our production waste is completely recycled as the basis for new products. This allows us to guarantee that we work with 100% recycled polyethylene raw materials as the basis of our construction buckets, mortar pits and bins.

More sustainable production

We develop equivalent products that require less raw materials. The buckets, tubs and bins in our Gripline Durable series are as strong as traditional buckets, but produced with 20% less plastics. As a result, we saved as much as 544,000 kilos of raw materials in 2021.

Produce more with less plastic

Since July 2019, we have been the only one in the industry to join the Dutch Plastic Pact, a European Union-supported collaboration of the public sector, private companies and various NGOs. This commits us to the goal of using 20% less plastic in 2025 than in 2018. We do this by using less plastic, strengthening plastic collection and promoting the use of recycled raw materials.

BUCKETS, TUBS AND RECTANGULAR TUBS

In 2023, in cooperation with Plastic Pact and Polymer Science Park, we developed the initiative to return used Buckets, Tubs and Tectangular tubs at DIY stores. This year, we will start a pilot in the Netherlands to test the feasibility of a fully circular system. In which used plastic products find their way back to us as the manufacturer via recycling. Our aim is to expand this concept to other European countries at a later stage.
