EPDM is a synthetic rubber with a longer lifespan than bitumen and DPC. The environmental-friendly EPDM is used for the waterproofing of flat and gently sloping roofs and as water-damming solution at frames and foundation. This material is also extremely suitable for the recladding of zinc gutters. Because EPDM is glued, it is very safe to
apply.

ensures better retention of heat. The insulating foils for the warm inner side are also important to insulate and heat up houses as sustainably as possible.
Pandser offers a range of one-sided tapes for the waterproof and windproof taping of the Pandser foils. The tapes are suitable for airtight construction. The yellow and green Top tapes also meet the EC1Plus standard for the emissivity of volatile substances for indoor applications.
Our EPDM lead replacements are suitable as a water barrier for several applications on roofs, dormers and cavity walls. Not only are EPDM lead replacements safer for humans and the environment, they can also be processed easier and faster than lead. Fast Flash is available in several colours to perfectly match the material with the colour of the roof tiles.
The Pandser building films are the ideal solution for use on the construction site. PE construction foil can be used to quickly cover materials against moisture and dirt.
Pandser Damming film has a waffle structure on two sides. The foil is cut on one side and can therefore be
rolled out effortlessly.
For asbestos removal, Pandser also supplies the necessary tubular foils in both a printed version (asbestos print) and an unprinted version. Tubular foil is also used as a temporary rainwater drainage during the construction phase.
Thanks to the firm studded structure, the reinforcement on concrete slaps is raised from the substrate and sufficient coverage remains guaranteed, also in case of frequent contact with the already placed reinforcement.
